In 1-2-1 online counselling, I support you to explore, feel, and express your authentic life experiences, thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. I’ll guide you in unveiling mental blocks, nurturing inner strength, and cultivating self-acceptance and self-love. Through compassionate support, you can embark on a journey of healing and growth, aligned with your vision of a deeply fulfilling life.

Therapy Style

You will experience a distinctive therapeutic approach that combines talk-therapy, body-oriented awareness, and therapeutic arts.

 

Alongside traditional counselling, which explores words and emotions, you may also delve into embodied experiences and body listening. Therapeutic arts like doodling and journaling could also be offered. These creative methods aid expression when words fall short. This unique blend provides a holistic and gentle therapeutic process, nurturing body, intuition and mind.

What happens in a session

You might imagine that counselling sessions are ‘heavy’ or ‘difficult’ but that is not always the case. While our time together is an opportunity to explore what is difficult and troubling, it is also an opportunity to celebrate your wins, recognise your strengths, and nurture your talents. As well as the possibility of releasing tears, there is also the possibility of laughter and uplifting connection.
